Sheet Signal provides smart spreadsheets utilizing Apps Script, VBA, and Google OAuth integration to streamline data processes and enhance productivity.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our products in compliance with applicable laws and Google's API policies.
• Not misuse, alter, or reverse-engineer our products.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials.

Intellectual Property

Sheet Signal owns and retains all intellectual property rights in our smart spreadsheets, code, and associated services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our products.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided on an "as-is" basis. We disclaim warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the amount paid by you for the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or Google’s API Terms of Service.
